Return Policy: Customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping in case of returns or exchanges unless the return is due to an error on the part of Blu Feathers Apparel. 

Return Instructions: Detailed return instructions will be provided to customers upon request or within the order package.  

Refunds: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process. Please allow processing time, as it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. 

Order Processing and Shipping: Once your payment has been verified, we will initiate order processing. Our team will carefully prepare and package your items for shipment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of the product(s) and any customization requests. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated shipping date during the order confirmation process.
