Return Policy: Customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping in case of returns or exchanges unless the return is due to an error on the part of Blu Feathers Apparel. 

Return Instructions: Detailed return instructions will be provided to customers upon request or within the order package.  

Refunds: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process. Please allow processing time, as it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
